**Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities**:

- Greet service customers and properly document all of their concerns and service needs.
- Generate accurate estimates of repair for customer vehicles
- Keep customers informed throughout the process of their dealership visit
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Work with Technicians and Parts department to ensure customers vehicle is completed in a timely manner

**Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications**:

- Experience preferred but can train the right person.
- Toyota experience a plus+
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
