- Clean and sanitize designated facility areas.
- Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning air vents, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, etc.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and ensure that soap and paper dispensers are well-stocked.
- Stock and maintain supplies.
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and communicate any potential issues to Street Superintendent.
- Identify cleaning supplies and notify Street Superintendent when running low.
- Empty garbage cans and shredders and keep garbage areas clean and covered.
- Effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction.
- Complete Cleaning Expectations & Frequency List.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Available to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts.
- Strong time management skills in order to ensure all work is completed by the end of shift.
- Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Previous cleaning experience a plus.
- Motivated and able to work independently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for an entire shift.
- Safely move about areas of the facilities.
- Use hands to finger, handle, or operate objects.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, lift, carry, pour, and wipe.
- Must be able to lift and/or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
