**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Work closely with clinic staff and proactively implement and execute scheduling processes.
- Occasionally handles inbound and outbound calls regarding appointments.
- Schedule patient diagnostic appointments by determining available appointment openings.
- Reschedule canceled and no-show appointments.
- Responsible for collecting patient insurance information for verification purposes.
- Work closely with Microsoft Office systems: Excel, Word, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
- Responsible for entering data into various electronic systems, as well as maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Computer Proficient - Advanced.
- Customer Service - 2 years.
- Ambitious outgoing personality.
- Communication Skills: Genuine, clear, unreserved, persuasive.
- Sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Sales experience.
- Preferred: EMR system knowledge. Specifically eClinicalWorks.
- Preferred: Medical office experience, but not required.
- Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
