**Job Purpose -**

- Take responsibility for the team's tool kit and van, ensuring the van is well-maintained and presentable.
- Report any issues to the immediate supervisor for help with resolution.
- The areas of operation include Bloomsburg, Hazelton, Wilkes-Barre, and Scranton in PA.
**Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Conduct an evaluation of AC and DC power risks associated with the project and formulate a risk mitigation strategy. This evaluation should encompass arc flash hazard protection requirements among other things. The risk and corresponding mitigation strategy should be discussed during the project initiation meeting.
- Compose DMOPS in compliance with the standards and requirements of the customer, vendor, and industry.
- Carry out a materials inventory check against the BOM and Engineering documents. Notify the Project Supervisor of any deficiencies.
- Prior to the commencement of construction, execute an on-site project layout in line with the Engineering documents and BOM. Liaise with the Project Engineer to rectify any inconsistencies.
- Install or modify cable conveyances and office infrastructure as per the Engineering documents and customer standards.
- Position the cable as per the Engineering documents and on-site installation layout, demonstrating the correct lacing technique.
- Install, substitute, or mend DC power equipment, batteries, and related equipment in accordance with the Engineering documents and customer standards.
- Execute additions, removals, and modifications on operational equipment and circuits. This includes circuit modifications, software additions or upgrades, power transition tasks, and battery addition or removal.
- Carry out the initial programming of DC power plant controllers.
- Make necessary adjustments in DC power plant controllers.
- Conduct Midtronics battery testing, interpret the results, and address any significant deviations.
- Charge the battery as per the customer's standards.
- Upon job completion, fill out the quality checklist and ensure the rectification of any quality non-conformities.
- Collaborate with the customer (if necessary) or work independently to perform equipment testing and activation.
- Update/correct office record drawings.
- Independently conduct site surveys.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Act as the person in charge for the Installation Supplier.
- Oversee multiple sites effectively.
- Manage the inventory of materials and equipment for each assigned project.
- Keep the Project Management team and all customer stakeholders informed about the project as needed.
- Accurately record all time and expenses and submit them using approved methods promptly.
- Ensure the project is completed on time within the allocated man hours.
- Identify, communicate, and facilitate the resolution of job-related issues (e.g., manpower, material, engineering, technical support, etc.) promptly.
- Directly supervise and train field personnel.
- Delegate tasks and assignments effectively.
- Provide guidance to junior installation technicians.
- Enforce corporate and divisional policies.
