**World Gym **is a company that provides a wide range of services to the fitness community. We are looking for motivated, friendly, and hardworking individuals to join our team.
**What you'll do**:
- Customer service is the focus of this position. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing members. You will be the liaison between our membership sales team and our fitness community.
- You will be responsible for answering questions regarding classes and reservations, amenities available, and assisting with the guest check in process.
- You will also perform basic research on our products and services to provide our members with information about and benefits of: classes, Hydro massage, Vitality booth, and more.
- You will participate in coaching and developing front desk staff to provide an ongoing positive member experience and knowledge of proper SOP's.
- This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of gym equipment
**What we’re looking for**:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Passion to serve and develop others
- 2 year of customer service
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
