**Summary**

As a Marketing and Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that build our brand, drive sales, and enhance customer loyalty. You will also be responsible for brand consistency, creating marketing materials and content, and improving the marketing strategies over time as the Company grows. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand message is consistent and compelling across all channels.

**Summary of Tasks**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Create annual marketing plans and set performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Update and maintain brand standards to ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across all marketing channels.
- Conduct regular brand audits to assess the strength and perception of the brand in the market.
- Internally develop or coordinate with agencies/ vendors campaign assets such as advertisements, social media posts, videos, and other marketing materials.
- Manage CRM platform and ensure reports are monitored, sent out in a timely manner and queries are addressed.
- Develop and manage the company’s online presence, ensuring a strong digital footprint.
- Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches; coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up activities.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, market needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data and campaign performance to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and manage public relations strategies to enhance the company’s image and reputation.
- Oversee the creation of content (pictures, video, PowerPoints, pamphlets, etc) for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters; ensure content is engaging, accurate, and consistent with the brand’s voice and messaging.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and KPIs; use analytics tools to track customer engagement, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and techniques to keep the brand ahead of the competition.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a brand management role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills; proficiency in use of tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Creative Cloud, AI tools, Canva or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
- Adaptable to change and meet the needs of a growing Company that is evolving.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
