The position involves interviewing people regarding their experience with behavioral health services as well as participating in reporting the results.

Qualifications include:

- Personal experience with behavioral health services (mental health and/or drug and alcohol) in Chester County for self or a family member
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and note-taking skills
- Knowledgeable of behavioral health services and supports as well as recovery, resiliency, and person/family-centered principles
- Previous experience working as part of a team - preferred
- Beginning to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The position is part-time hourly, three days a week for approximately 15-18 hours per week. Hours may include some evenings or Saturdays. The ability to travel in Chester County is expected. Travel for training and site visits is reimbursed.

Spanish Speaking is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week
