Key Responsibilities:
Utilities Invoice Processing:
- Date stamp, code, scan, and upload all invoices upon receipt.
- Input data into the accounting system (AMSI).
- Prepare invoices/checks for review and signature, and handle the mailing of payments.
- Maintain up-to-date utility tracking charts.
Contractor Payments:
- Enter hours for contractor payments into the accounting system (AMSI).
- Keep payment tracking charts current.
- Prepare payments for review and signature and handle the mailing of payments.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and real estate.
- High proficiency in office products (Excel/Word/Outlook) and Adobe.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
