TKC is a family owned company which provides general contracting, landscaping, snow plowing and office cleaning. We were established in 1987. We are looking for a person that is experienced, motivated, punctual and organized. bilingual is a major plus.
This position will be full time. We have some flexibility on hours worked. Pay will determined based on experience and ability.
**You must have prior office experience of at least 2 years and having experience in reading blueprints is a plus.**
**You must be able to multi task**
MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Payroll
Contracts
Invoicing
Scheduling appointments
Job tracking time and costs on EXCEL
Ability to work well with others in a fast paced environment
Uploading and doing takeoffs on blue prints
Time tracking
SKILLS AND TASK REQUIRED
- Ability to use QuickBooks is a much
- Experience in AIA billing is a plus
- Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents, maintain and organize filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Job tracking time and costs
- Running safety program
- Social media
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
