As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you'll be in charge of making sure all parts of our home reconstruction projects run smoothly. This means keeping track of schedules, budgets, and the people working on each project. You'll work with clients, contractors, and our team to make sure everything gets done right.
**Position Overview**:
As a Facility Manager, your job is to make sure our building and stuff inside it stay in good shape. You'll need to follow rules to keep everyone safe and take care of things like heating, cooling, and fixing leaks. Sometimes, you'll work with other people to get big jobs done, like when we need to fix something important or make sure everything is ready for an emergency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Keep our building and equipment in good condition.
- Follow safety, health, and environmental rules.
- Manage systems like heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, and security. Plan and follow maintenance schedules.
- Work with contractors and vendors to finish projects on time and within budget. Be prepared for facility-related emergencies.
- Work with local emergency services when needed.
- Drive a dumpster, assist in vehicle and facility maintenance both interior and exterior.
**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years in facility management, preferably in construction or restoration. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimal computer skills needed
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus.
- Valid Driver license required, CDL preferred
**Benefits and Compensation**:
- Compensation based on experience

- After 90 days, the employee will be eligible for Paid Time Off
- 5 days vacation and 3 sick days for the 1st year of employment
- After 3 years of employment, the employee will be eligible for 2 weeks vacation and 3 sick days
