**Responsibilities**:

- Assist our experienced dental team in providing exceptional patient care
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
- Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow
- Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in dental software and technology is a plus

**Requirements**:
Before applying, it is imperative that you meet the state requirements outlined below.
- **Connecticut**: certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
- **Florida**: Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH Permit to expose X-rays).
- **Georgia**:CPR Certification, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification, and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
- **Massachusetts**: CPR Certification, proof of formal training to expose X-rays, BORID certification and annual CE requirements must be completed per state regulations.
- **Michigan**: Upon hiring, you are required to furnish evidence of X-ray training certification. If you do not possess certification at the time of hiring, you are granted an 8-week period to submit it.
- **New Jersey**: Proof of X-ray training.
- **New York**: Not applicable.
- **Ohio**: Proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH Permit to Expose X-rays)
- **Texas**: CPR Certification, TSBDE: TX State Board of Dental Examiners.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
