**About Us**:
A Step Forward Counseling & Psychotherapy is a thriving private pay practice looking to hire a part time or full time clinician in Gaithersburg. We work with a high number of adolescents, adults, and some children. You are not required to work with an age group you are not comfortable with. However, working with adolescents is required.

**The Position**:
Someone with a passion to work with adolescents, adults, or children. We work with a high number of adolescents, looking for someone that can build rapport with adolescents easily. You will be an independent 1099 contractor, which allows autonomy and independence in the therapy work, while still enjoying a collaborative, supportive and positive work environment in which to serve clients.

**License**:
Individuals licensed in their field in Maryland is a must. Must be fully licensed or close to it.

**Scheduling**:
Flexible with how many days/hours you want to work. For example, 5-8 pm, 4-8 pm, etc... Must work into the evening at least two days a week and in person in our Gaithersburg office. Must be able to see minimum of 10 clients.
