Job duties include
- Overseeing and managing daily office operations to include greeting patients, entering insurance information, tracking claims, presenting treatment and scheduling appointments. Creating a personalized experience for a patients and networking with other wellness organizations, doctors office and on social media is something the right team member must be able to do.
- lead a team to fulfill a common purpose
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, pay bills, etc
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, INSPIRATIONAL, PROJECT management, Experience with dental software especially Dentrix would be fantastic.

MARKETING

- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
