Sales Associates should be able to resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance. Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Associate are to maintain fantastic customer service while striving to meet personal/store sales goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store with a positive attitude
- Follow and achieve personal and store sales goals on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Maintain stock and sales floor by cleaning (wiping down glasses, dusting, cleaning mirrors, etc.
