As the Database Specialist, you will be responsible for all data management software and CRM tools, overseeing the creation of new fields and records, monitoring for data integrity, maintaining official standards of data management, and providing training and troubleshooting support across the organization.

**Essential Functions**:
Collaborates with business staff to thoroughly understand the needs to be supported by the information systems and technology.

Acts as IT/Tech support for the organization. This will include supporting with computer, tablet, and mobile phone setup, training, and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate large scale projects and troubleshooting directly with our IT vendors. Responds to inquiries and provides advice regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.

This roles is to be performed in person at our office located in Simi Valley, CA

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Database & Software Management
- Fully understand, with the ability to Build, maintain, and train on Company apps
- Information Systems & Technology Liaison
- Liaison between employees and IT consultants with any questions, maintenance, concerns.
- Point of contact for company equipment to include iPhone, iPad, Computers, and other hardware.
- Maintenance, set up, software updates, and employee training.
- Point of contact for new Phone System to include training new employees, learn system and create SOPs that are user friendly.
- Information Technology Processes and Procedures (All departments)
- Identify areas to improve or institute.
- Current Paper Form Processes to be improved and digitize.
- Develop and compile Processes and Standard Operation Procedures.
- Plan and execute implementation.
- Training employees.
- Monitoring and evaluate effectiveness.
- Data & Statistical Analysis (All departments)
- Compile and present data on various metrics that will indicate the companys performance.
- Training and Spreadsheet support in Excel to help with data visualization, formulas and collaboration with department heads in creating and tracking data.
- Become very familiar with reporting methods in all platforms.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to act as a team player.

Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software program.

Extremely organized with great attention to detail.

Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems.

Knowledge of computers, networking, and electronics.

Ability to identify the cause of processing problems and delays and to establish corrective actions.

**Benefits**:
$55,000 - $66,000 Salary

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.

Progression through computer operator positions or equivalent experience preferred.
