- Manage multiple projects of Locomotive Builds, Research and Development, Rebuild and Repower, Aftermarket products and Power Products that range is scope of small to NPI;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- Organize structure and manage project teams to meet the needs of the project;
- Lead the development of a detailed project plan;
- Develop and communicate project scope, goals and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring transparency;
- Ensure resource availability and allocation;
- Controls project costs and manage the project budget;
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
- Report and escalate to management as needed;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Communicate project status with the organization and the end customer as defined by the contract;
- Establish and maintain relationships all stakeholder within the project reach;
- Ensures all deliverables of the contract are met;
- Accept special assignments as needed;

**Education / Training**
- Required:
- Bachelors degree with emphasis in Business or Program Management or equivalent;
- Experience using in MS-Project, Primavera or other project management scheduling tool;
- Minimum 10 years’ experience on capital intensive, highly engineering, long life cycle product line.

Preferred:
- Masters Degree;
- Exposure to ERP systems;
- PMP certified highly preferred;
- Locomotive knowledge preferred.
