We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Estimator.

This role is responsible for increasing profitability through comprehensive cost estimating. Analyzing job specifications and accurately calculating job costs is a fundamental skill set required to perform this role effectively.
- Review project documents, specifications, blueprints, produce accurate quantity take offs and pricing calculations.
- Identify material, labor, and other cost requirements.
- Request pricing from vendors.
- Prepare and send proposals using data from take-offs and other factors.
- Support project manager and superintendent with information as projects progress.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with direct customers, contractors, and key vendors.
- Excellent Communication (both written and verbal).
- Commercial Paint and/or Drywall Experience

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of five years estimating experience.
- A minimum of two years Take-Off software experience.
- Plan Swift Experience a plus
- Ability to navigate a full set of project documents & blueprints
- Strong math skills are required.
- Microsoft Office 365 including sharepoint - intermediate or advanced skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in open office team setting

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
