Job Summary:
As a Client Service Consultant at TechHeights, you will be pivotal in managing and enhancing the relationships with our clients. This role demands accountability for the entire client relationship lifecycle, ensuring that TechHeights is seen as a trusted partner. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop technology roadmaps and strategic plans that support achieving client objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to customer success, utilizing both consultative selling techniques and technical acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Manage an account base, nurturing relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and position TechHeights as a trusted advisor.

Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative selling approach to promote hardware, software, and comprehensive IT services.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop tailored technology roadmaps and strategic plans that align with client goals.

Technical Solution Design: Partner with project teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects of proposed IT solutions.

Market Research: Conduct periodic market research to support development of effective sales strategies, including profiling key competitors.

Onboarding and Lifecycle Management: Manage client onboarding processes and communicate the benefits of our consulting solutions throughout the account lifecycle.

Service Monitoring and Escalation Management: Actively monitor service requests and manage client escalations to ensure top-tier client support and success.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
