The Customer Experience Coordinator enhances the team's effectiveness by representing the company favorably to new and existing clients through stellar client service. This individual will offer critical organizational support to the Business Office team and assist with projects. This is a crucial position, As the first person to interact with customers and their families either face to face or over the telephone, the experience with the Customer Experience Coordinator reflects upon the entire company.

**Positions Available**: Full-Time

1. Ensures a positive first impression by exhibiting a consistently positive friendly and open demeanor conducive to greeting clients and visitors to the center.

2. Speaks to and approaches others in a friendly and compassionate way

3. Continuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiative; understands the high level of honor required in maintaining client relationships.

4. Dresses and acts in a professional manner at all times.

5. Exemplifies our philosophy, culture and values and has a keen understanding of truly stellar service to both external and internal clients.

6. Maintains the waiting room nourishments and keeps the area clean and tidy

7. Keeps the families update and asks them if they need anything while they are waiting.

8. Reliable, follows through on commitments, does not shrink from new challenges.

9. Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

10. Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy by delivering high quality work.

11. Has strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

**Required**:
1. High school diploma or general equivalency degree (EGD)

2. Two years minimum experience clerical medical office experience

3. Proficient typing skills (50 wpm)

**Preferred**:
1. ASC experience

2. Microsoft Office Specialist certifications
