**Job Description**:

- Develops Financial Crimes Data Management product roadmap and owns of the prioritized corresponding backlog to enable Enterprise Fraud Strategy
- Challenge the norm and provide the thought leadership in real-time analytics space, links the financial crimes threats and use cases to various ML&AI capabilities that we can leverage or build to prevent or reduce financial crimes.
- Leads critical and complex change that includes continuous improvement, design of new processes, and improvements to existing processes while ensuring Enterprise Fraud, AML and KYC alignment
- Engages, collaborates and partners with various Fraud, AML and KYC functions and other senior leaders to aligned to the backlog prioritization, also and mature product capabilities which can positively impact Financial Crimes Balanced Scorecard
- Leads the planning, communication, and short-term / long-term execution and ensure ongoing alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- Provides input to Financial Crimes product and capability maturity assessment model and set Prevention & Analytics domain maturity targets and align across Fraud, AML & KYC Product Family level
- Defines and drives the delivery towards product health target and target operating model
- Participate in end-to-end fraud process mapping and take lead to ensure the design of product features /or control solutions used in the process are effective and optimized.
- Proactive management of pertinent relationships inclusive of the line of business owner/executive, fraud, AML and KYC operations, other control partners, or vendors etc. Implementation of Policy changes and independently validating adherence to existing policies and procedure.
- Manages interdependencies and conflicts between these components, deals with escalated issues outside of the control of each component; tracks the contribution of each project to the overall business transformation (program) and ensures that all program issues are effectively resolved
- Manages, monitors, and controls overall integration of component initiatives, makes necessary adjustments based on business priorities and issues
- Undertakes and completes a variety of projects and initiatives - often of a highly sensitive nature, and usually with mínimal guidance or direction
