The Position
A D+H Human Resources Manager leads the Human Resources function for the company overseeing all aspects of HR, including:
- Recruiting and onboarding employees
- Administering pay, benefits, and leaves of absence
- Facilitating performance evaluations
- Enforcing company policies and practices
- Managing employee relations
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Partnering with senior leadership on Human Resources strategy
This position offers the opportunity to help shape the future of our company, while also playing a key role in creating a workplace where employee experience and culture are paramount.
What’s Required by You
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification, highly desirable.
- 5+ years of progressive HR Manager or Business Partner related experience, Construction industry experience preferred.
- A strong understanding of employment law.
- Energetic and resourceful with a strong service orientation.
- A demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work at the Berkeley office full-time. No relocation assistance will be offered.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
