**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents for payment accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure accuracy of billing and coding.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments.
- Maintain vendor accounts, including updating vendor information, managing payment terms, and resolving any outstanding balances or credits.
- Prepare and process electronic payments, including ACH transfers and wire transfers, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, and financial reporting as needed.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and assistance as required.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable processes and technologies to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related financial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with electronic payment systems and financial reporting tools preferred.
- Certification in accounts payable or related field (e.g., Certified Accounts Payable Professional) a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
