**Position Summary**

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage the site master schedule to ensure efficient operation of manufacturing, quality control, and facility/engineering work.
- Partner with the Manufacturing department to establish production scheduling criteria incorporating resource availability/constraints.
- Coordinate the scheduling of production batches, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate quality control testing for each production batch in collaboration with the QC department.
- Oversee the scheduling of facility maintenance tasks to maintain operational excellence.
- Work closely with the global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team to align short-term‑ and long-term product demand with production capacity.
- Actively seek and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail as the and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to perform in a dynamic environment as the nature of scheduling always has unforeseen change.
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical or cell therapy industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and experience with NetSuite software are advantageous.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

**Education and Experience**:

- 5+ years with BS/BA in related field or equivalent industry experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, cell therapy preferred.
- Proven experience as a production scheduler or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system
- Certification in production and inventory management (e.g., CPIM) or similar is a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly fluid company environment and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
