Progressive Realty Partners, Inc. is a property management company specializing in the operations of self-storage. We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to work at our corporate office in Irvine, CA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile daily deposits from 16 self-storage facilities.
- Prepare invoices for approval.
- Research and work with vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Obtain necessary documentations including W9, insurance certificate, release from vendor prior to payment.
- Post invoices to correct GL accounts and annual budget.
- Allocate invoices to correct facilities.
- Reconcile corporate credit cards.
- Process and submit payments in a timely manner so as not to incur late fees.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-year degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or related field required.
- 2 to 5 years work experience in accounting required.
- Must be detailed oriented and understands the importance of accuracy and thoroughness.
- Property management / real estate industry experience a plus.
- Yardi accounting software knowledge a plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
