- Oversee the preparation of cocktails, beverages, and food items
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize waste and maximize profitability

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cash register operations
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Experience in catering or banquet operations is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and craft beer selection is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Basic math skills for inventory management and financial reporting
