Prepare and cook high quality food according to menu, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and equipment
- Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served
- Monitor food quality while preparing and cooking meals
- Assist in menu planning
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Requirements**:
- ServSafe Certified preferred
- Knowledge of menu planning and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 - 18 per week
