**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include**:

- Manages schedules and coordinates the efficient flow of materials based on customer demand.
- Responsible for efficiently sequencing and scheduling of production schedules for multi-line/equipment.
- Collects and disseminates necessary information to team members to ensure scheduling needs are met.
- Experience in coordinating multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Analyzes and revises production plans, production floor status through input/output control reporting, and provides appropriate delivery dates as required.
- Works with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and may be responsible for effectively analyzing and reporting on actual customer demand, trends and forecasts, and adjusting capacity plans accordingly.
- Translates projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule.
- Works with customer base to determine weekly inbound forecast and develop consumption models to improve accuracy.
- Ensures the interaction of functional managers and supervisors, and track and maintain the forecast through timely and accurate feedback; schedules demand based on the product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to customer service team across multiple product lines; and assemble a master schedule reporting regarding performance to the business plan, the shipment plan, the inventory plan, and the production plan.
- Provides input to finance on operating plans for the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process, concerning incoming volume and capacity.
- Identifies current planned level of demand and create tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand and calculates production lead times.
- Manages load leveling and bottleneck scheduling and utilizes theory of constraints (TOC) for more accurate scheduling.
- Coordinates information with other functional staff, including customer service, engineering, accounting, and human resources.
- Engages in capacity management during sales and operations planning, master scheduling, materials requirements planning, and production activity control.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements Include**:

- A bachelor’s degree in bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a similar field is preferred.
- Must possess a demonstrated ability to plan and anticipate based on forecast.
- An ability to think ahead, plan and prepare action plans to achieve results
- Quality orientation and attention to detail, problem analysis and resolution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities.

**Food Safety Requirements**:
