We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Associate**
- Talent Acquisition Associate - new grad interested in HR/recruitment, or someone with strong admin & communication skills would be best.
- It is a fully remote job.
- Project Based-Need to support hiring 500-600 Research Students for the summer
- COVID Vaccines + Booster required at the time of submission.
- Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Assists in the employment process by timely scheduling of employee health screens and new employee
- orientations and processing of new employee paperwork and forms including HR system input, offer letters,
- applicant response letters and creation of employee files.
- Maintains confidential HR system records and compiles reports as needed
- Provides project support for the Human Resources Department which involves collaboration within and
- outside the department, coordination with employees and managers.
- Assist as a backup for front-office coverage and ensure all visitors or callers are acknowledged and greeted in
- a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with filing and data maintenance of all forms of documents needed for verification of primary source
- verification.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-1 years related work experience required.
- Experience with computer systems required, including web-based
- or Access.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $36.60 - $40.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
