**Who you are**:
As a **Scrum Master II,** _you_ are the facilitator, bridging the needs of product management, sales, marketing, operations, and product development. **What you’ll do**:

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure they follow Scrum framework values and agile practices

- Design and lead workshops to educate and advocate for Scrum framework values and agile practices
- Inspire individual growth by coaching team members to be self-organizing and accountable

**What you’ll need**:

- 4+ years of experience on a software development teams with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master
- Demonstrated proficiency of agile methods
- Proven ability to manage and mentor development teams effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively present ideas and facilitate discussions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
