Dorado Enterprises is a general contractor, looking to hire a full-time Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers on the administrative side of construction projects. In short, this person will be responsible for creating, gathering, distributing paperwork, keeping it all organized.

Duties will include the following:

- Assist project managers in bidding & construction management
- Create (form templates) various project documents in Microsoft Word & Excel & distribute to subcontractors
- File paperwork and keep project folders organized
- Keep up-to-date logs in Excel
- Create appointments in Outlook
- Take meeting minutes from conference calls
- Call subcontractors, including some cold calling
- Assist CFO and Project Managers with other tasks as assigned

Applicants should possess these attributes:

- Have some accounting experience
- Be a self-starter and a team player
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling & grammar
- Be good with numbers and comfortable using excel (including formulas)
- Possess intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, including formatting & formulas
- Type over 50 wpm

Work Remotely
- No

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
