**FOUR Technicians Needed to Start Work Immediately.**

**PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MINIMUM of 3 years Warehouse Technician WORKING experience.**

$16/hour Starting Compensation with at least 5 hours overtime per week at time and a half compensation.

**YOU MUST**:

- be at least 25 years of age for our company driving insurance requirements.
- have a clean driving record (No Major Accidents the last 3 years and no DUIs).
- be able to work a full workday standing and moving around in a fast-pace.
- be able to lift 50+ pounds multiple times each day.

**A PLUS FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING (with other qualifications)**:

- Forklift experience
- TWIC

**COMPENSATION**:
$16/hour Starting Compensation
- Opportunity for Call Out rotation work that is paid at up to $75/ hour (after fully trained).
- Quarterly Teamwork Bonus Program up to $560* that are paid every 3 months. *

*Bonuses are calculated based on your performance, the team's performance, and the company's performance during the 3-month period of time. Bonus rate is based on 35 hours times your hourly rate of pay. It can be more or less than $560 per quarter depending on the calculation of the performance factors.
