Pay: $23.00-$26.00 hourly DOE

Hours: Full time, Monday-Fri, Day Shift

**Position Responsibilities**
- Scribe and communicate pertinent information to/from providers
- Obtain medication authorizations and appeals
- Medication refills/requests with local pharmacy staff
- Administer oral and inject-able medications
- Document all medication updates / changes in Electronic Health Records
- Attention to detail with the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
- Excellent communication skills, positive customer service skills, strong time management skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Assists in other Administrative Department tasks / duties as necessary.
- Inventory management experience
- High level of professionalism
- Sales experience
- Data Entry, Excel, and POS skills (1-2 years)

**Required Knowledge and Skills** **2+ years in the medical field, Mental Health experience preferred**
- **Experience in giving injections**:

- Basic insurance knowledge is required
- Upbeat, positive and professional attitude
- Flexible to take on new responsibilities/tasks as they come
- Knowledge and desire to learn about insurance, Medication and prior authorizations.
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Electronic Health Record experience preferred
- Understand and comply with HIPAA and maintain professionalism at all times.
- CPR and First Aid Certification Required.
