**JOB DETAILS**:
You will run errands for CEO, Partners not limited to clients and colleagues

Your opinion may matter when asked so thinking through situations, circumstances, and knowing your job is expected.

You will be held accountable for the work that you do and time management.

**KEY PERFORMERS**:
**Taskmaster**: You are the master of to-do lists, tasks and next steps. Prioritization is the name of the game. You will be responsible for various errands as requested such as handling returns, placing orders etc, plan travel including flights, accommodations and ground transportation, book dinner reservations, coordinate events. The more order you bring, the more you’ll succeed.

**Notetaker**: You know what action items just came out of that call - oh wow, you wrote it down already. CEO texted you in the middle of the night about booking a flight to NY in 2 days? You've thrown it on the list, you know it’s now a top priority and you make sure you move things around to get the priorities done without losing or forgetting the things that aren’t as urgent. Steel trap.

**Communicator**: There's lots of people to talk to You’re a strong communicator, comfortable being assertive to get things done and love saving new contacts in your phone that’ll keep you organized for the future.

**DIY'er**:Some things you can just do yourself. You know when to ask for support and when to just get it done on your own without needing to ask questions.

You are almost anything and everything needed to get done ;-)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Google Suite: 3 years (preferred)
