The Paralegal will assist attorney(s) by creating organizational and dissolution documents for corporations (including non-profit corporations), LLCs and partnerships, and related documents.
**Essential Duties**
- Formation, merger, and dissolution of corporations, non-profit corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.
- Draft governing documents such as bylaws and operating agreements.
- Prepare annual corporate maintenance.
- Draft shareholder and Board of Director minutes.
- Assist with purchase and sale transactions.
- Create deeds and miscellaneous regulatory filings.
**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or the equivalent.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent.
- ABA approved paralegal certificate.
Location: 5 days onsite until 90-day probation, then Hybrid (Century City).
**Salary**: $85k -$95k base plus excellent package on offer including insurance and performance-related bonuses. The base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors.
