Cannabis Trimmer Entry Level

Our cultivators put a tremendous amount of work and love into our flower; it is the processors responsibility to ensure we follow through with that hard work and dedication to produce high quality medical cannabis.

Work as a self motivated individual or as part of a team to produce cured, trimmed cannabis products that meet/exceed quality standards set forth by our company's Standard operating procedures (SOP’s). Processors should be able follow directions from the production manager and/or their direct supervisor. Processor’s will be trained on how to identify different fresh/cured cannabis strains and various potential quality issues set forth by company SOP’s. Processors must communicate any issues to the Production Manager or Direct Supervisor. Must be able to adapt to different strains and production tasks throughout the day/week while maintaining a fast pace.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintaining a clean and organized work space throughout the day.
Working as a team to complete all cleaning tasks assigned to the room they are working in.
Responsible for being in the building and ready to work by their scheduled time.
Must inform the Trim Lead and/or Operations Manager if they will be late or unable to attend work on any given day, at least 2 hours prior to the shift starting.
Checking in with a Lead before leaving for the day.
Producing as much quality flower as they can during the time provided, according to the company's standard operating procedures.
Assisting with harvest and takedown days every third week or as directed.
Follow safety practices/procedures, including PPE equipment while on premises.
Employees working in the medical facility must obtain a Registry Identification Card, upon hiring.

Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to physically work directly with fresh/dried cannabis flower.
Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to work 10hr shifts.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
