Under the direction of the Associate Director, Office of Civil Rights (OCR), the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II) will manage and direct the day-to-day activities of the regional Staff Service Manager I(SSM I) Specialists. The SSM II assigns and provides daily assistance to the Staff Services Manager I Specialists relative to the discrimination complaint review process. The SSM II will provide policy direction relative to sensitive and/or complex discrimination complaints and consult with the Associate Director as necessary.
- Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s).
- This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule for employees who can satisfactorily perform their essential work functions independently and remotely. Specific telework schedules may be discussed further during the interview process. Telework is only available to residents of California.
