- Strategically plan, execute, and optimize our Google Ads across Search, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display networks to meet critical performance metrics.
- Utilize Search Console insights to enhance ad performance and search engine visibility.
- Manage significant advertising budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and monthly performance targets are met.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure a cohesive advertising strategy across all platforms and initiatives.
- Produce detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Keep abreast of the latest PPC and SEM trends, technologies, and practices to continually improve our campaigns.
- Find opportunities for all SKUs to maximize visibility and sales across the entire catalog.
- Managing and optimize our product feed to maximize sales and visibility.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Paid Search marketing, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads management.
- Proven track record managing paid ad campaigns for brands with annual revenues over $100 million.
- Experience handling Google Ads accounts with monthly budgets over $1 million.
- Expertise in Google Search Console, YouTube, Google Search, Performance Max, Google Shopping, and Google Display Network.
- Analytical prowess with a solid understanding of key performance metrics and KPIs.
- Superior communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, concise reports.
- Google Ads certification highly preferred.
