**A few details about the role**:

- Admission and weekly assessments of skin alteration sites and care plans,
- Major/complex wound care treatments and routine inspection of treatments completed by floor nursing.
- Weekly rounds with wound MD and classification and staging of wounds/
- Timely completion of documentation in PCC for accurate MDS claims submission and QM maintenance.
- Weekly wound report completion to be distributed to team, reporting of CA sites to DON, admins and Regional.

**And here's what you need to apply**:

- Degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Two years of nursing experienced in a long care facility preferred.
