**Administrative Assistant**

The Administrative Assistant provides general support & assistance to all departments of Ironwood Homes: Administrative Department, Permitting Department, and Selections Departments. This position requires someone who is very detail oriented and is able to multitask.

**Schedule & Compensation**

This position is full time (35 hrs/week) and compensates with an annual salary of $36,000. Direct deposits are made every Friday. Daily, weekly, and monthly schedules should be followed as determined by the Todoist checklist. Therein are further details regarding job duty descriptions and functions.

**BENEFITS**

**Paid Time Off**

Ten days of paid time off are to be afforded annually in addition to regular compensation. These days of paid time off (PTO) can be used for any reason, including vacation, sick leave, personal days, mental health days, etc. Every year, beginning on the date of employment, Ironwood will add an additional two days of PTO until an employee reaches their fifth anniversary (i.e. 20 days of PTO). From this point forward, Ironwood will award an additional five days of PTO every fifth year of active employment with a maximum cap at 30 days of PTO.

Ironwood employees are not eligible to use PTO until they complete an initial three-month waiting period beginning on the date of employment (unless agreed upon prior to employment). Up to three PTO days may be carried over from one year to the next if unused.

**Holidays**

Ironwood observes the following paid holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving-2, Christmas-2, New Years-2). All holidays are observed on the day proper, unless they fall on a Saturday or Sunday. In such cases, this holiday becomes a floating holiday that can be used at the discretion of the Administrative Assistant with management approval.

**Health Insurance**

Ironwood provides full health insurance coverage and pays 75% of the premium for FT salaried administrative employees and 50% for their dependents. Insurance premium payments are deducted from each paycheck in an equal amount divided between the number of pay periods for the calendar year.
