**Job responsibilities include**:

- Process invoices, credit memos and expense reports for payment.
- Process check runs and ACH payments
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of audit working papers, journal entries, and company credit card reconciliation
- Process year-end 1099s and W-9s as requested
- Post costs and close projects upon job completion in manufacturing
- Assist with annual inventory
- Crosstrain with other members of Accounting Department
- Serve as backup for Receptionist and answer incoming calls when Receptionist is not available
- Knowledge of sales tax and managing exemptions for purchased items.

**Requirements**:

- Basic general ledger knowledge
- Experience with paperless document storage system
- Experience in manufacturing or construction environment a plus
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school desired
- Two or more years of AP experience desired
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and have the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
