We are currently looking to hire compassionate and professional Home Health Aides (HHA) who will care for our patients in the Bronx.

**Duties of the Position**:

- Personal care
- Bath (bed, bath, tub, shower)
- Oral Hygiene (mouth, denture care)
- Care of Hair (shampoo, dry and comb)
- Care of nails
- Skin Care/Massage
- Position change
- Provide for elimination (bedpan, commode, and toilet)
- Assist with dressing
- Take temperature with pulse
- Transfer and Ambulation
- Test Urine
- None-Sterile Dressing
- Use of Prosthetics
- Active exercise
- Use of special equipment
- Takes Vital Signs as ordered
- Intake and Output
- Alcohol Sponge
- Assist self-medicating clients with medication
- Meal planning and preparation (prepare, serve, and feed)
- Assist with feeding
- Linen change
- Laundry
- Light House Keeping (making beds, dust and vacuum, tidy kitchen, and bathroom, wash dishes after meals)
- Grocery shopping, opening mail, banking and errands

**Requirements are as follows**:

- Must possess an active HHA Certification, no PCA Certification accepted
- Clinical Background Check
- A strong interpersonal skill and can communicate frequently and effectively with the office staff regarding patient needs
- Two reference letters - May include previous employers, coworkers, and friends
- Original HHA Certificate
- Permanent Resident Card / Work Permit / Foreign Passport (must be valid)
- US Passport (if applicable)
- Original Social Security Card (no copies)
- State ID / Driver’s License (must be valid)
- Birth Certificate (if applicable)
- Pre-Employment Medical Physical (can provide form if needed) Hepatitis B Vaccination (labs as proof)
- COVID-19 card
- MMR Titers (labs as proof)
- PPD QuantiFERON (labs as proof)
- Drug screening (labs as proof)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.22 - $21.22 per hour
