Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to company standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations as needed.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including the service counter and seating area.
- Restock supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, and syrups, as needed.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a cafe or coffee shop environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment is a plus.
- Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
