**Oberfields LLC** is currently seeking an individual to work as our **Machine Operator **at our Sunbury, OH facility. The **Machine Operator **position will report directly to the Plant Manager.**:

- Monitor and operate the cuber, automator, pallet indexer, cube conveyor, upcar / locar, splitter, and block turnover.**_**:

- Assure that the correct cubing pattern is being maintained and make adjustments when necessary.**_**:

- Perform the proper start-up and shutdown procedures on the cuber, and pallet indexer.**_**:

- Inspect block prior to entering the cuber and separate out culls and trash.**_**:

- Keep accurate counts of cubes, blocks, culls (seconds), and trash, and fill in on the daily cubing report.**_**:

- Assist in clean-up of the entire production area.**_**:

- Maintain the material handler responsibilities when necessary.**_**:

- Keeping pallet indexer stocked w/pallets or block bottoms.**_**:

- Bag (Wrap) and label all special-order products.**_**:

- Monitor and operate the splitter and assist in making any adjustments,**_**:

- Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner.**_**:

- Assist in machine changeovers, cleaning of mold boxes.**_**:

- Observe the other production areas and assist in clearing up any problems.**_**:

- Assist in repairs and a maintenance as needed.**_**:

- Keep trash build up areas on the floor clear throughout the shift.**_**:

- Complete the equipment checklist before operating the forklift, or front loader.**_
