**Experience Required**:

- Strong instructional design background with a focus on creating impactful learning experiences
- Demonstrated expertise in designing virtual instructor-led training (vILT) and train-the-trainer programs.
- Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within a corporate setting.
- Proven ability to provide strategic guidance on instructional design methodologies and best practices
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and delivering project outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, capable of confidently articulating recommendations and principles of effective learning
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT) or PDF for developing visually engaging training materials

**NOTE: 100% Virtual Positions**

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
