**As a BCBA, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership**:
- Oversee implementation of treatment plans of all clients in the center
- Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
- Collaborate with families and clinical team to create individualized treatment plans
- Conduct and oversee functional analysis, intake and progress assessments
- Support staff, clients and families to ensure client success
- Implement and supervise behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
- Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working with clients
