**Experienced Dispatcher - Towing Company**

**Location: Apache Junction, AZ**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and manage incoming calls for towing services and impounds using a multi-line phone system
- Dispatch calls to drivers efficiently and accurately
- Provide accurate ETAs to customers and clients
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with vehicle releases during business hours
- Supervise and communicate effectively with a team of drivers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of dispatching experience
- Proficient in using a multi-line phone system
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area and East Valley
- Some supervisory experience preferred
