**Scheduler**

The Scheduler is responsible for receiving work order requests from the client and coordinating the placement of the field crews based on the work order needs. The Scheduler will have daily communications with clients and all field personnel.

The Scheduler will report directly to the Operations Manager of the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all scheduling of jobs to ensure the appropriate placement of crews for clients
- Assist Corporate office with correcting invoicing and payroll issues
- Ensure that the employee knows what equipment is needed for the job, as well as the location and duration of the job
- Help to keep all job schedules up to date on the daily spreadsheet for payroll
- Maintain professional communications with employees and client
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to provide administrative assistance to other operations departments as needed
- Must be able to answer evening and weekend phone calls if needed
- All other job duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to work individually and be self-driven
- Capable of managing spreadsheets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and internet resources
- Previous office assistance or scheduling experience preferred in a fast pace environment
- Must be able to possess the ability to analyze information
