**We are looking for a full-time Pre-litigation Paralegal to join our team. Must have at least 2 years prior experience. **The applicant must possess be a self-starter, driven, and organized. Also, should possess problem-solving, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency required. Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, One Drive), Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Knowledge of Needles/Filevine is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle all facets of pre-litigation
Request medical records/bills/police reports
Effective calendaring
Open injury claims with insurance companies
Routinely communicate with clients concerning their cases
Ensure files are organized
Ensure data entry is accurate
Case management
Effective client communication

**Skills**:**Prior pre-litigation personal injury experience is required**
Detailed Oriented
Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
Computer literacy
Proficiency in typing
Outstanding customer service
Excellent secretarial and organizational skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
