We are seeking a full-time Billing Specialist for our busy Quincy office. Must be well organized and able to multi-task. We are looking for someone who is eager, energetic, and willing to learn. Great communication skills, hard-working, and team player are a must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete billing for all maintenance technician hours
- Enter credit card transactions for maintenance materials
- Contact utility providers to update information when onboarding and offboarding properties
- Deposit checks using remote deposit scanner
Core Competencies:
- Exceptional aptitude for customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management
- Strong attention to detail
- An upbeat attitude and teamwork orientation
- A desire to learn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and polished interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $50,000-$55,000 annual salary commensurate with experience
- Full-time benefits package including medical, dental, life, disability, 401K, and vacation
