Position: Restaurant Host
Location: Los Angeles (Inglewood/Westchester Area, 90045)
Type: Part-time
**Responsibilities**:
- Warmly welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression and providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage the waitlist efficiently, accurately estimating wait times and effectively communicating with guests.
- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring they are comfortable and informed about any specials or promotions.
- Coordinate with servers and other staff members to ensure smooth seating and timely service.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and assist with any inquiries or requests from guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, including managing menus, ensuring an ample supply of promotional materials, and keeping the area tidy.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
